Sarah Ann Haugen, master chef and founder of Vitalist Fresh, is personally teaching a class over three Saturdays. These sessions focus on using the blender to enhance your culinary skills.

Participants will learn how to support their gut microbiome and easily incorporate vitamins and minerals into their diet at home. The in-person training will be held in the private room next door, and participants can sign up for the whole series or individual classes. This is an exciting opportunity to refine your taste and experience, gaining lifelong wellness skills that you can bring into your own kitchen, directly from an expert who has taught and worked worldwide.
